BIO

Clark was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and is proud to call himself a "Cajun." He sometimes misses that spicy "Creole Cuisine" and is especially homesick each year around Mardi Gras, getting the uncontrollable urge to fling beads and doubloons at unsuspecting passersby.

Clark's earliest public performances were singing in Church. After high school he was awarded a voice scholarship to the prestigious Loyola University School of Music. Clark also performed with Celebration, a nonprofit Young American style singing group from New Orleans, and during his tenure with Celebration he recorded two albums. Clark was also a member of the New Orleans top 40 band After the Fact.

When Clark finally ventured out of Louisiana, he joined a Vegas-style performance band called Clutch out of Panama City Beach, Florida. Not only was Clark a lead vocalist, but he also played piano, saxophone and bass guitar. While Clark was with Clutch, the band recorded an album in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and he was featured on six of the ten songs on the album.

Clark won the live audition for Star Search at a regional competition sponsored by the Alabama State Fair and lucky for us here in the Central Florida area, Clark migrated down to Orlando and landed a job at Universal Studios. From there Clark became the lead male vocalist with the house band at Church Street Station, where his wonderful sense of humor, great voice and musical talent thrilled audiences from around the world for six years. In addition to his work at CSS, Clark performed with South 27, Country Review and Bubba Too, The Dickens Carolers, and was lead vocalist and actor portraying Jesus in the Easter musical drama, Let All Heaven Rejoice! at the Heartland Worship Center.

After leaving CSS, Clark performed all over Central Florida, the Caribbean, and the country! He performed with the a cappella singing group Four For A Dollar at the Disney/MGM Studios and with Shipmates for the Disney Cruise Lines at Port Canaveral. Clark also sang and danced his way into the hearts of many with the show bands Dance Express and the Flamingos and with Paul Vesco's bands Johnny Cool and the Mobster Swing Band, The Paul Vesco Orchestra and the Karakter Show Band.

In November 2000, Clark performed in the "Saturday Night" episode of Walker Texas Ranger which aired February 10, 2001. While in Dallas, he also performed with singer/entertainer Frank Stallone and performed at a benefit for the Chuck Norris Children's Foundation.

Clark then returned to his old haunts and took on the lead male vocalist role with the unbelievably talented Dream Band at the Famous Door in New Orleans on Bourbon Street. When the new Famous Door at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort opened in July of 2002, Clark was there!

Clark left Destin, Florida to follow his dream and arrived in Las Vegas in September of 2003. Clark was lead male singer for the Vegas dance band, FAHRENHEIT, performing at Harrah's, The Paris, MGM, New York, New York, Luxor, Excalibur and other Casinos of great reknown. In the summer of 2006, Clark decided to go solo and began performing at the Rio Hotel in Vegas. Clark has since relocated to Texas, but word has it, he may be Florida bound.

Clark packs a lot of talent into his 155 lb, 5'8" frame! In addition to being able to belt out a tune like nobody's business, Clark plays piano, bass guitar, rhythm guitar, percussion, clarinet and saxophone. He's not a bad dancer, either! Things that make his blue eyes sparkle include, Gummy Worms, Hershey's Kisses, Peanut Butter Cups, Star Trek, Harry Potter, golf, fishing, NASA, Christmas, funny cards, spicy food, more chocolate..... You get the idea!

Clark's singing career has taken him down many roads since he was a chubby little boy in New Orleans singing his heart out in Church on Sunday, and his versatility, humor and talent have allowed him to take many detours along the way. It's been a long road getting from there to here, but there's one thing that's been obvious throughout his journey - he's got faith of the heart!
